Experiencing American embassy

On Friday, December 13th, a few chosen students had the opportunity to talk with American diplomat Monica Davis in their American centre, which is right next to the embassy. The English department of our school decided to acknowledge their efforts during English lessons. Therefore, they have got this special present in a form of invitation.  Miss Davis talked briefly about American culture and society very interactively, which was great for the students. After that, there was a discussion, where the students could have asked anything. Miss Davis appreciated great questions of our students because there were many interesting ones. I must point out the fact that students were not scared to ask about controversial topics related to US politics. Overall, the day was full of English and learning.
